  1. All items listed on “Fashparade.com” are on pre-order basis.
  2. All orders will take up to 14 working days to arrive. We will dispatch the orders our upon receiving them from our partners.
  3. We are unable to cater to urgent order request.


  1. Adding the items to your shopping cart does not mean the items are being reserved.
  2. Please ensure you have selected the correct item(s) with the correct colours, sizes before checking out.
  3. Please make sure that you contact details (mailing address, contact number and e-mail address) are correct before checking out.
  4. If in any event that the item(s) is or are unavailable after ordering, we will be in contact with the customer via e-mail for replacement or other solution.
  5. We will not unable to amend your order after you check-out from our store.
  6. All items listed on FashParade.com are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


  1. For Local orders (Singapore), all orders will be send out by courier delivery (either NINJA VAN or SF EXPRESS). We would like to ensure that all the orders will reach our customers, therefore we do not offer any ordinary mail option to avoid on lost mail situations.
  2. For International orders (outside of Singapore), courier delivery option will be available.
  3. It is not possible for us to indicate preferred delivery timing for the delivery. Delivery timing will be up to the discreet of our logistic partners.
  4. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $4.00 will apply if parcel is returned to us.
  5. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.


  1. Local courier delivery – $2.50 per order

  1. We only accept PayPal payment. Major credit cards/debit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
  2. PayPal payment will be processed during check-out and you will be directed to the PayPal payment page.
  3. Should you exit the payment gateway page and opt to transfer to our paypal account separately, a refund will be made via store credits if we are unable to reach your payment email on time.


  1. We do not offer gift certificate purchase at the moment.


  1. All  voucher and discount codes will need to be key-in DURING THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS. CLICK HERE for details on where to key in your voucher or discount code.
  2. FashParade.com will only honour discounts for those who key in a valid discount code during the check-out process. Our system will validate the discount or voucher code during the check-out process.
  3. Vouchers and discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. Kindly check our promotion page for the codes’ expiry date.


  1. Once an order is placed, we do not allow return, refund or exchange when a customer deemed that the item(s) that they recevied is/are different from what is showed on our website. Most of our products have actual item pictures for your reference.
  2. Due to hygiene issues, strictly no refund or exchange for bodysuit, swimwear and undergarment, these items will be checked for defect before we send them out to the customers.
  3. For refund or exchange due to defect, please make are in brand new condition, not washed and with their original tag still intact.
  4. Please take note that the following points will not be consider as a defect that would be allow for refund or exchange
                            • Change of mind after purchase..
                            • Design does not suits you.
                            • Colour differences due to the different colour settings on each individual’s monitor or phone’s screen.
                            • Minor defects such as drop of buttons, slight misalignment of seams and loose thread.
                            • Glue stains and color runs.
                            • For printed items, slight difference of the prints may occurs because of the the cutting of the fabrics are on different parts of the cloth.
                            • For light colour items, small dark dots which are not obvious will not be considered as defect.
                            • Measurement differences that are up to 1 inches (2.54 centimeters (cm)).
                            • Missing/different clothes label or tag.
  5. For wrong item received and defects that are not due to the above mentioned situations, please email us at hi@fashparade.com with pictures of the defect or wrong item sent, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to solve the issue.
  6. FashParade.com reserves the right to accept or rejects returns, refund or exchange request.


  1. Due to mass manufacturing process, please allow up to one inches (2.54 centimeters) of measurement differences for the items.
  2. Customers shoulder refer to pictures of the actual items for the item’s details. Modeled pictures are for reference only.
